A hubbed aluminum pole makes it easy to pitch the freestanding shelter and gives it excellent structural support.
The shelter is constructed of burly 75D polyester fabric with a PeU coating to ensure that it is waterproof both inside and out. There is a large mesh side window, but it closes securely to ensure privacy. The large zippered front door has a lock mechanism to make certain that you do not get any surprise visits.
A small, included battery-powered light even provides interior illumination! An integrated hose pass-through and nozzle attachment let you equip the Heliopolis with the NEMO Helio or Helio LX pressure showers (sold separately) for hands free clean up. Built-in overhead storage safely stows anything you want to keep dry and there are additional storage pockets and a waterproof dispenser to keep soap, toilet paper, or other essentials in close reach. The abrasion-resistant floor fends off mildew and incorporates mesh around its perimeter so water can effectively drain.
An external line provides a secure place for wet items to dry. The NEMO Heliopolis includes stakes, guy-out cord, and a duffel-style storage bag.
